Dhallia Douglas is a results-driven leader and seasoned real estate professional who takes a practical, relationship-focused approach to helping clients optimize operations for maximum efficiency. Known for her integrity, organizational expertise, and white-glove service, Dhallia is passionate about empowering real estate professionals to grow and scale with confidence.


With over 15 years of project management experience in the service industry, Dhallia has led cross-functional teams and implemented strategies that drive measurable results. Her background includes strategic planning, process improvement, and high-level operations oversight—skills she seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career.


In addition to her hands-on industry experience, Dhallia has completed formal education in real estate, where she gained in-depth knowledge of residential transactions, compliance, real estate law, contract management, and client representation. This foundation allows her to serve as a knowledgeable resource and trusted partner to agents, brokers, and investors alike.


Dhallia has successfully leveraged her analytical skills and deep knowledge of customer service principles to transition into her current role as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate.


As a dedicated Transaction Coordinator, Dhallia serves as a vital liaison between clients, brokers, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and other industry professionals—ensuring every transaction moves forward smoothly, on schedule, and in full compliance with state and brokerage requirements. Her commitment to protecting clients from potential liabilities while streamlining their operations reflects her unwavering focus on service and excellence.
